
House of Angels (HOA) is a Virginia-based provider of person-centered services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives through compassionate support, community engagement, and skill development. We offer a variety of services, including Day Support, Community Engagement, Sponsored Residential, and Residential Programs, designed to promote personal growth, self-advocacy, and inclusion within the community. At House of Angels, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, build lasting relationships, and actively participate in the world around them. Through dedicated staff, innovative programming, and a commitment to excellence, we strive to create opportunities that enhance quality of life and foster independence for those we serve.

House of Angels will serve men and women ages 18 and above that have intellectual, development, physical, emotional and mental disabilities. House of Angels will provide services to individuals in the Hampton Roads area.

The purpose of this handbook is to communicate House of Angels personnel policies to employees.
